FAPAA will be hosting a virtual legislative update with our lobbyist, Diana Ferguson, on Monday, September 14 at 2:00 p.m. Diana will discuss Amendment 3 and its potential impacts on animal services, along with other legislation passed during the 2026 Legislative Session that pertains to animal control and animal welfare.

Following the presentation, attendees will have an opportunity to participate in a Q&A with Diana and ask questions about Amendment 3 or the other legislative changes discussed.

The webinar will provide one hour of continuing education, and certificates of attendance will be available to participants who need documentation of CE.
