Project Coyote partnership with the National Animal Care & Control Association

The National Animal Care & Control Association (NACA) represents the interests of animal control officers (ACOs). Project Coyote is partnering with NACA to help equip ACOs with knowledge and tools—including Project Coyote-NACA co-branded materials such as door hangers, brochures, and signs—that inform, educate and empower and can be distributed to communities, shelters, wildlife rehabilitation centers, and similar target areas and organizations.

Our educational materials go through multiple levels of review to ensure best science, are tested for effectiveness before being included in our toolkit and are designed to be accessible to diverse audiences and reading levels (with some written materials available in both English and Spanish). Widespread dissemination of these resources will encourage a science-based dialogue about humane, nonlethal approaches to peaceful coexistence between humans and wildlife.

If you represent a local entity interested in featuring and/or distributing these materials, we offer ways you can add your logo to any of the specifically designed materials targeted to various audiences, from ACOs themselves to the community members they support and the organizations and agencies with which they collaborate.
