NACA Refund Policy  

Membership 

The National Animal Care and Control Association (NACA) is committed to providing valuable membership benefits and services to its members. Please review our refund policy regarding membership dues carefully. NACA encourages all members to review their membership details before renewal to ensure continued alignment with their needs. 

 

  1. Auto-Renewal and Membership Changes: 

  • NACA memberships are automatically renewed annually. If there are changes to your membership status (such as employment, organization affiliation, or personal details), it is your responsibility to notify NACA of these changes no later than 90 days after your membership renewal date. 

  • Failure to alert NACA of any membership changes within this 90-day period post-renewal will result in the forfeiture of membership fees for the year, and no refund will be issued.  

  • Non-Refundable Memberships with Training Discounts

    Any individual who enrolls in a NACA membership and utilizes the exclusive member discount for Justice Clearinghouse (JCH) training programs—including but not limited to ACO I, ACO II, Dispatch Essentials, and ACO for the Law Enforcement Officer (LEO)—expressly waives their eligibility for a membership refund for the corresponding membership term. By applying the training discount, the member acknowledges and agrees that the membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation of membership, dissatisfaction, or inability to attend the selected training.

By completing your membership payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this refund policy. 

Training 

ACO I / II – Justice Clearinghouse is not able to offer refunds on any of our courses. However, if the initially assigned student has not started the course, we may be able to reassign the course to a new person.

ACO III – University of Florida – Refunds are available, subject to a $35 cancellation fee, if requested before the specified deadline. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this outlined date.
